Balloons Card

This one was supposed to be Quilted Balloons. We were given three cardboard circles, circles of foam, and squares of fabric. The sample card had cute, puffy balloons (a la Japanese Quilting). My first one was terrible; the second one awful; the third one looked pretty good. I decided to just cut out some balloons from patterned paper. I used a cardstock balloon I had in my stash for the template.
