I have fallen in love with Penny Black stamps all over again! I love her stamping/coloring techniques.
A stamping platform is a must for this technique as you stamp the image over and over with markers, blending a little with water then use Versamark and heat emboss over the stamped image before adding the color to the background!
The final step is to splatter the white ink for snow...the closest I can get to snow in Florida!!
