Yes, it was an amazingly "blue" day! On this one I used the same flourishes and embossed them in white, then covered in the Utee, and then came back and sprinkled in blue - the white changed it to a very light blue to dark blue. I used the same colors on the wooden frame and added rub ons with a quote and flowers, and this side I used a metal anchor on the frame. I added flowers and a lot of leaves that we die cut and inked - in different colors of green. There a a few rub on flowers on the frame and a small dolphin charm :-) Only thing left was to add a few little blue jewels in the middle of the little flowers!
