Yes, it was an amazingly "blue" day! On this one I had cut 6 flourishes out and either used the whole one in some spots and cut and used a piece in other spots. I embossed them in white, then covered in the Utee, and then came back and sprinkled in blue - the white changed it to a very light blue to dark blue. I used the same colors on a wooden
frame" and added the title also cut from my Cricut and embossed in the same blue. The wooden word was colored with a brown Faber Castel Big Pen. I added flowers and a lot of leaves that we die cut and inked - in different colors of green. There a a few rub on flowers on the frame and a small dolphin charm :-) Only thing left was to add a few little blue jewels in the middle of the little flowers!
