This is also entered into Octobers Inspirational Card Challenge for COLOR. I used a hand punch for the strips on the left side and and also on the pkg. I used a corner rounder punch on the right side. I stamped the balloons strings directly on the background them I stamped and powder embossed the balloons and the ribbon and cut them out. I used 3D foam under them for dimension. I made the matching envelope using paper from the same paper pad to match the polka dots.
