A photo representing my home town, and here's why...

In the lower left corner you can see a McDonald's "M," the only McD's in the world that has train cars for restrauant seating...at least I'm pretty sure it's the only one still...

The double hill/mountain in the background is called Elephant Mountain, because it looks like an elephant laying down...at least that's what I've always been told! (unofficially, I don't know if it has an official name! LOL)

At the bottom right you can (maybe) see a brown water tower. There's no water in it, and it's relatively new (only a couple years old), BUT it has the logo of the Charter School DS1 & DS2 both graduated from on it (it just doesn't show from this angle).

And finally, if you know where to look, the I-15 snakes into town (I don't know how to explain where to look, especially since it doesn't have a string of headlights coming in. That's only on Sunday's when the "going home" traffic is coming through. ("Going home" from Las Vegas, you see, I live about two hours from Vegas and two hours from Los Angeles...and two hours from Bakersfield...and 70 minutes or so from Doreena!! HAHA! Called you out Doreena! :P )

Oh, and last but not least, Palm Trees. I hate Palm Trees. They're ugly and they serve no purpose!)
