I made this sign for my daughter's soon to be fiance for Christmas 2016. She's known him since high school and when we meet him we loved him so much we told him, "All sales final, no refunds, no exchanges, no returns!" It's now a funny, running joke in the family! I purchased the frame and metal heart from a big national craft store and created my stencil on my Silhouette Cameo. I think it turned out great and he loved it!
