This card was inspired by a card our friend Ro made awhile back, although I don't have the particular stamp she used. I think Marylou also made one similar. I used my Inkadinkado Artistic Flourishes stamps on watercolor paper first by using gold embossing powder. I then inked in my colors, sprinkled a bit of water and added pearls. Also heat embossed my phrase on the pretty tag as well as on the flourish edges of it. Card base is DCWV's Mercury Glass collection.
