When I flipped my calendar to December on Friday I saw that I had two birthdays this week so I had to make them in a hurry! I knew they would have to be pretty simple since I had to make and mail them all in the same day (yesterday) so they would arrive in time. I set aside my Christmas stuff and had decided earlier which style and papers I wanted to use for this one. I've made two other cards using these two dies together and love the elegant simplicity of it!

My G45 Botanical Tea collection is all but scraps now and fortunately one was big enough to make the card base using this scallop die. I inked the edges on the card base and the sign, stamp embossed the phrase with a pretty frame around it, added a fussy cut butterfly from the same paper collection and that's all there is to it!
