This farm themed gatefold card was created for our dear friend Robin as she recovered from her injury. I created a barn door for the front of my card using black and white cardstock over a red barn wood print from Bella Blvd. I added a strip of grass along the bottom as well as a hen and her two chicks. When I saw the arrow sticker that read 'pie baking contest' I smiled since I know Robin loves to bake and I remembered seeing a wonderful layout she created featuring her delicious apple pie. I used a toothpick as a post to turn the arrow into a sign. When the card is opened a farm scene is revealed. I also created a band that goes around the card.
