I make tags every year for three of m closest family members, this year they were dedicated to my Uncle who passed on in April. He truly was the "Heart of Christmas" in our family! I fussy cut all the florals, leaves and birds from Graphic 45 paper. I added different thicknesses of foam under the cutouts for dimension. I used a Martha punch for layers at the bottom. I added more cutouts, a pocket with a picture of my uncle tucked inside. Tim Holtz twine for hanging.
