I love the design of this card. The background print is so cute and tiny. I love the way you made the foreground stand out with the stitched snowy hills and the vellum circle. The little trees nestled in the snow are really cute. I love the dimensional adhesive that lets the trees have space. I always love your stitched die cuts and the twine tie and bow. Very sweet.
So I was scrolling through the challenge gallery on my phone at work and stopped at this card and thought adorable. Then I looked and realized it was your card. Moral of the story this card is a show stopper. I wanted to view it again at home on a bigger screen. It's doubly sweet and your use of vellum is innovative.
I was inspired by the bright and bold Doodlebug design Christmas tree printed paper to create a dimensional scene featuring coordinating doodle-pops. A vellum circle defines my scene along with stitched snow hills. I added a strip of red and white striped paper and a sentiment, both from DB. A twine bow with a red Sprinkle center finishes it off. (Thank you Scrap-time for the DB Sprinkles! I just love them!)
Thank you for taking the time to stop by at such a busy time of year. Wishing you a bright and cheer filled holiday season!
