Last year I made dear friends a teepee card with that beautiful Luke 2 paper. They winter in Florida and stop by our house on the way down from up north. Pretty much all 7 or 8 moves we’ve made since we met when we were neighbors, they have stopped by - wherever we are. As Donna says, ‘We always find you!’ AND we are so glad they do!

They told us they don’t put up many decorations down south only a small tabletop tree so they really liked the unique card and told me they were going to put it out ever year. So this year I made them a card out of scraps I had left from that same beautiful paper to go with the teepee card.

I want to thank Pam (FritillaryB) for sending me some hints on making this type card – all my previous attempts found their way to the circular file!

I literally was taking this photo as they drove up our drive – talk about cutting it close.
