A lady sent me a photo of a card she liked

and said she wanted something like that for her ex-DIL. Most of you know I'm not good at or do a lot of watercolors or distress inks (I did buy 3 but haven't opened them!) So I went through my stash and found this cool prism looking paper that I got at an estate sell this year. I don't have stamps so I did the sentiment on the computer. I wasn't sure about the cords covering the words so I made a version 2. Also my balloons are smaller than the original but I think it worked out okay.
SUPPLIES:
Cardstock: Bazzill (Blue Oasis, Berry Sensation, White)
Patterned Paper: DCWV (Prism Play)
Accents/Tools: Braiding cord, Glue Dots, EK Success 1/16 pop dots, computer, Paper Smooches Dies (Balloons)
