Wonderful page Terri - love the photos (and the page design)! You got the Capital building from a lot of different perspectives. That dome is magnificent! I just really like the way these two pages look together - the design ideas just compliment each other so beautifully!

To bad it was closed. The building is beautiful on the outside, I can just imagine what it looks like in the inside. In love with the hanging lamp and wondering how big it is.
After getting off the ferry, we drove to Lacey, WA to spend the night. We needed a walk so we went to the state capitol to look around. It was so beautiful. Trivia fact - the dome is 287 feet tall and the tallest self-supporting dome in the US and fifth in the world!
