Square white card with navy blue mat. Cut the shape on my Cricut, Ornamental Iron2. The pic is from an old Christmas card. I've found that you can use parts of the pics that are in the background for these smaller pic frames. This was a larger card, and a house was the main feature, but those kids building a snowman was so cute. Added some white "greenery" and a little bling.
