I love the surprise for your Mom. How cool. The double is wonderful with the states drawing your eyes across the pages. Your spatter is terrific and really adds that extra "wow" factor.

What a clever idea to tell your mom you were coming home. Brings tears to my eyes. It's hard having kids living far away. Love everything about these layouts. Love the patterned paper for your states mounted on kraft. Beautiful, classy double pager.

My husband and I recently just moved back to Minnesota after living in 5 different states for the past 5 years. To make it a fun thing for our whole family, we decided to have a "Location Reveal" and surprise my mom.
We put a balloon labeled "MN" in a box that I had decorated with the three possible states that we were moving to (MN, CA and MI). She was so excited when she opened it and saw that we were moving home!
