Entered into Januarys Card Sketch Challenge-Sketch #4 and Januarys Die Cutting Challenge. The background is store bought embossed card stock. The heart is from a doily pkg. I added clear embossing powder for shine. The tag was die cut, from which I removed the extra space on the bottom. Its not black, its the same paper as the card base. I stamped and embossed it with clear powder. Embossing darkens the papers. Then I punched a hole, added an eyelet and a string of beads to it. The double layered lips were cut with my Cricut machine and the Tie the Knot cartridge. I embossed them with clear powder. I used 3D foam under the tag and the lips for dimension.
