Give a Cheer
So . . . I like to color coordinate for the holidays lol. This year's colors were silver and red. Picked because of course I found an outfit for me and Piper that I liked - and then found things for the boys to match. So the first thing I bought was Piper's silver dress - and then being the scrapbooker that I am thought . . . I don't have any silvery scrapbook Christmas collections (as I tend to favor Doodlebug when the kids are small). SHOPPING! TBH - I bought this adorable Bo Bunny collection simply to match with her silver dress this year. As for the layout - I used Bo Bunny Tis the Season mostly. Some fired brick distress ink. And there is a smidge of Doodlebug in it in the Title letters. I wanted to accentuate the silver bells of the theme - to match her dress. I always struggle with patterned paper with large elements on it. Here - I covered the large set of 3 circles going down the side with a chipboard version to give it dimension. The smaller tag above the title shows how the paper was originally printed.
