This birthday card was inspired by Lisa Addesa's card found here http://iminhaven.blogspot.ca/2014/03/balloons.html. The striped background paper is from Recollections. I die cut bright colored balloons using my Spellbinders nesting balloon dies. I added matching twine to each one. Foam tape gives the balloons and sentiment a bit of dimension. Black and white petite print paper was used for my outer mat.
