I used white card stock and cut out the top cloud from the card and cut out an extra cloud, bottom cloud from card stock, and chalked with blue chalks to get the cloud effect. I attatched the lower cloud with double sided foam tape and hand printed in silver gel pen,"Every Cloud...
has a silver lining..." Fun and easy to make.
