I always find out the favorite color(s) of whoever I am making the card for. In this case - purple. The balloons on the pop up are supported by hidden toothpicks. The butterfly in the front was made months before I made the card. When searching for embellishments, I realized it had enough purple on its wings to merit being on the card.
