My swap partner was Donna!!! I used Stamperia's "Christmas" paper, which I don't think looks like Christmas paper!!! Hand cut a heart shape, added pearls and rhinestones and a fan lace applique and flowers. Made a couple of tags that fit behind the fan. Added a bow, flowers and then found a heart marcasite in my old jewelry to crafts box and added it to the ribbon hanger.

The back of the tag holds a tag with a lovely quote.
