I found a reproduction vintage postcard that illustrated the building of the Eiffel Tower, in dated stages. This postcard was the inspiration of this page, so I created a transparency on the copy machine & highlighted the completed Tower with a die-cut. The actual photograph was taken at night - unfortunately the view from the top was not clear as it was raining - but gave an interesting effect to this photo.
