A LO created for the February Round Robin Challenge...We were given an inspiration photo with a blue background, some clouds and a hot air balloon....and this is what I came up with. Cut the hot air balloon (the large one) and the clouds with my Cameo, and the smaller one was part of the background pp. Continuing to get use out of one of my all time favorite Dear Lizzy paper pads (Lucky Charm). TFL!
