Still using up old stash for bg papers. Also did some more brick stenciling.

Journaling - I was so excited when we got to the castle but I had a major concern about the ride. When I checked it out online I kept finding comments about people being turned away and not being able to ride due to their size. I am busty and have more pounds on me than I should; so I was looking for the seats out front to see if I fit before standing in line. As I sat in the seat I couldn’t get it to lock, when a young man (cast member) dressed in Hufflepuff wizard robes came over. He told me that it only locks when you get to the actual ride and as long as my light was green, it was – I was good to go. I hadn’t noticed the light before then. Dennis gets a green light too.

The young man, Bierly is his name, asks us where are from and we say Florida and he asks how many times we have been to Universal. We confess that we have never been to Universal before this visit. I ask him about the ride – just want to confirm that it is not a roller coaster. He replies that it is a simulator. I tell him I am fine with dark, simulation rides and so we will go ahead and head in. We walk through the gates with him as he leads us to the lockers and helps us lock up our stuff. He then tells us that when we get to the girl at the entrance to tell her Bierly sent us. What a wonderful gift that was – he got us into the Express line – like a Fast Pass at Disney but you have to pay extra for it at Universal. It saved us over 60 minutes of waiting in line! His name was magic!
