I created two cards using sketch #4 from the February Card Sketch Challenge. For both, I masked off a section of a lattice stencil that had the 9 squares just like in the sketch. I blended Distress inks in shades of pink and coral for one, and green and aqua for the second. I then stamped my sentiment using 2 of the same Distress inks I used for the blending. I also made a coordinating ink blended mat. Once this was well and dry, I used my stencil once again to add a layer of Nuvo glimmer paste to the squares. I die cut small butterflies to match the ink colors. Clear iridescent jewels from Studio Katia finish it off. I wish the sparkle showed up better in the photo.
