:) This layout is all about Ella's funny way of singing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star." She says "nickel" instead of "twinkle." I thought it would be a fun thing to scrapbook and remember 20 years from now.

Journaling: "Nickel, Nickel Little Star." This is your version of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star." You started singing it this way in November 2006. Your daddy and I can't get enough of it. It's the cutest, funniest thing we've ever heard. you begin singing the song quietly and get louder and louder with each verse. Although you don't always sing it on cue, we've been lucky enough to get it on video. We might be the only people that can understand what you are singing, but that doesn't matter. We know what you mean and we love it. Now that you have "Nickel, Nickel Little Star" down, you are working on "Jingle Bells" just in time for Christmas. It sounds more like "Ga Ga Bells" and you sing it with gusto. I think we are in for a lot of solos from you in the future. Sing it girl, sing it!
