I love hand-held fans. I own lots of them so I thought it would be fun. This is not my best design, but it is pretty. It is a little challenging to find dies that will stand out, but also are flat enough so that there is not interference with the folding flat action the card has for mailing. The back piece is a night sky with stars. I likely will revisit this design in the future.
