I had so much fun making this card! I love bright colors, and I also love balloons, so how could I lose? I made it for the love of my life, Alex.
The explosion fans on the sides are a bit of a challenge to fold, but with patience it can be done.
I decided to enter this card in the NSD 2019 Echo Park Challenge. Echo Park makes many of my favorite papers, especially birthday-related papers.
