Ivy is with us today with a beautiful card that combines our new Bayou Backdrop with Mermaid for You in a clever underwater scene! Our new Happy Birthday Line Border adds the fun greeting! The whimsical colors Ivy used to for the mermaids are spectacular! To create an underwater scene she flipped Bayou Backdrop to look like seaweed. She used Distress Oxide ink to create the colorful watery look!
