Made with the March Bad Girls Couture scrapbook kit.
This is my attempt at creating a simple layout! I started with a piece
of white card stock that I added some stenciling to with Bad Girls
Couture Molding Paste. Then, I sponged on some of the blue paint from
the kit onto the stenciling. I cut 4 circles from the blue papers int
he kit in various sizes and used black chalk ink on the edges. The
chipboard from the kit was painted white and stamped with the
coordinating stamp with black archival ink, then slightly inked with
teal chalk ink. I added some black accents from my stash (the flowers
and crystal swirl).
