This is a Penny Black Stamp, Background Die, and Jill Foster design. I love Penny Black and especially the way Jill Foster puts together her cards. The Tulip Bouquet was stamped on watercolor paper and I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to watercolor. The white background I stamped very lightly with a text image from My Favorite Things. I used the PB die Curved Stitch to cut the white background. The green background was created with Distress Oxide ink blending and then I stamped a green leaf on top. the sentiment is from SSS Prayers stamp set. Sequins to finish. This card was made for a friend who's daughters go to the high school in Parkland Florida. They are both ok, but the whole family was terribly shaken up. My heart goes out to all the families.
