I made this card for my Mom. It took so long. I cut the bell flowers and the leaves from Anna Griffin paper, then I cut a bunch of leaves and added them under the leaf shapes, then I added foam under the leaves and flowers, I adhered them to the pink background paper. I found some little black gem dots in my stash and glued them in an arc shape. The Eiffel Tower and shapes were glued on cardstocks that matched the theme, clustered all with the flowers and leaves.
