Check out my gallery. I sort of did the same thing with the last page of my scrapbooks. They were gifts and I made a CD holder on the last page and added the CD with all the pictures from the album. You could do the same on any of your pages. I like this idea of yours. It makes a perfect gift bag!

OK, so these aren't cards...but close! This is a sample of the CD holders I just made, last minute. Once I got the correct template, they were really quick and easy. Each one holds a Christmas Mix CD that I made.
