Vintage, mixed-media art box from upcycled cigar box. Now this one, I got the idea from a movie called 'Under the Tuscan Sky'...not much on the character story but more on the part how someone slowly transformed what looked like a hopeless old villa in Italy into how it turned out warm and beautiful in the end. Hence the transformation of this simple old cigar box. The texture and faded gold applique mouldings remind me of an old tuscan villa with its rustic plaster wall surface and cracks and the faded gold trimmings that must have once bosted of its former grandeur.
