Cute cute page with the tiles and color scheme!! Of course it fits the photo event!! That scrabble is a very hand paper to have and you have used it to perfection!
Fabulous and fun! your pages always put a smile on my face. They're always so fun. This is no exception. You are lucky your kids don't take life so serious becuase this is just way too fun.
So fun. I love the arrows pointing to him. I love the scallops on your background and the great scrabble paper. The signs are the perfect touches for this page.
Hahaha! This is just too cool. It is always so nice to have fun and laugh and not care what others think! I love that Scrabble paper to pieces...literally. Your design is just as fun as your pictures. You did an awesome job incorporating circles, green and buttons! This page just totally ROCKS!
LOL How fun is this?! From the cute photos to the scrabble background, it's pretty cool! The nuvo drops add an interesting element as well as the yellow circles/arrows.
This is fantastic! How sweet is it that the cross-word paper fit the AGC daily theme and these photos so well! Love all the layers and especially the use of the camera washi to border the different papers.
LOL. Ok, you did it. You made me laugh. Which I think was the whole point, right? The scrabble paper - yep, perfect, including that cut bit to make the word "character." And I agree - life as a grown up is serious business, so we really DO need to laugh whenever we can. I'm loving the way your technique is developing into a very clear signature style. When I see your projects in the gallery, I know they're yours without even looking at the i.d. tag. They just say, "Kathy Did This" all over. I love it.
I really love this design Kathy! The pictures are really awesome and so much fun! You carried the fun right into the layout. Love the use of the scrabble letters. You really outdid yourself on this one - it looks like you really had fun putting it together!
A layout of my daughter and I at the St Patrick's fair. We bought the green hats and were fooling around taking photos of ourselves when we found the Superheroes! My daughter being shorter than I ran over to Hulk and even on tippy toes could just see over the top. We were laughing so hard at her antics that the truck driver came over and joined in the hilarity. Of course I then had to bulk up again and be Hulk. I love that my girls don't take themselves so seriously and that we can have fun together even if others look at us strangely. Laugh always I say! Being an adult is serious work sometimes and laughter makes the seriousness worth it! I had this paper in the stash from I do not know when and it was perfect. I cut out the scrabble bits to extend past the strip. I love Manou65's style and so I doodled around elements like she does and I even used the nuvo drops to add dimension. Created for the Anything Goes Challenge - Do a silly layout, The TIC TAC Toe challenge - use orange yellow and green on the diagonal and the sports and play challaenge - play and the girls only challenge.
