The strings are elastic cord usually sold for making jewelry. I colored the cords with blue and red Sharpies. The Wonder Women were images from the Internet, printed in black and white, colored with Sharpies, glitter (gotta have glitter), and colored pencils and pens. The plastic piece holding the cords and Wonder ladies is the clear plastic lid from A Wet Swifter container. I colored it with Sharpies. It was difficult to cut in a spiral. Had to use scissors, my trusty Exacto knife couldn't “cut it”. LOL. Then I added beads from a necklace bought at a thrift shop, and stars from my Uchis star emboss and punch machine bought here at Scrapbook.com.

In case you can't read the words on the back of the Wonder Woman Star, they are:

“Be yourself. Unless you can be Wonder Woman. Then be Wonder Woman.”

Oh, and my Walmart pink flamingo Christmas tree ornament from 2017 hangs nearby. What can I say, I'm a Floridian..... it's kind of required to own at least one pink flamingo. LOL
