I used Spellbinders layering frame to highlight these “Flower Fairies of Spring” from 49 and market. This was a fussy project because I popped up the layers of the frame to make it 3-d. The most challenging part was getting the internal daisy frame to float with very little border to attach to chipboard. The next time I make one of these I might do a tutorial because I think it will be much easier now that I have it figured out. In addition to diecuts, I did some fussy cutting with the 49 and Market paper. I embellished my flower fairies with pink and clear glitter glass from Renea Bouquets. For the dragonfly fussy cut I used black and green glitter glass. I used a few prills inside the frame and a bit of clear glitter glass on the flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts to make them look magical. My favorite detail is the way that the lily of the valley chipboard pieces frame the fairy. This was a lot of fun to make and I was pleased with the way it turned out considering that this is the first time I have tried something like this.

Thanks so much for looking.
