So beautiful. I loved going to see the blossoms when we lived near Washington DC. Your layout brings back lots of happy memories for me. I don't think you could find any more perfect papers for your page. The colors are spot on to highlight the blossoms. Well done.
These are pictures of one of my cousins with her mom, husband and daughter in 1983 in Washington DC. They’re standing in front of the famous cherry blossom trees in full bloom. I used one sheet of cardstock for the background, a scrap of cardstock for the title and the rest of the papers came from a 6x6 paper pad. The thing I’ve never used is the font – Script MT Bold. I cut it out on my Silhouette and then dabbed my ink pad on the letters and outlined them with a pen. Materials – Based on a LO by Loni Redden; Cardstock, Embossed Cardstock – Bazzill; Patterned Papers – Paper House; Inks – Ranger Distress Mini; Flowers – American Crafts; Ric Rack – From my Mom’s old sewing stash; Eyelet – Unknown; Bling – Queen & Co; Ribbon – CTMH; Pen - Sharpie
