Entered into Aprils Inspirational Card Challenge for TECHNIQUE-PAINT SCRAPE. Also entered into the Use Your Stamps Challenge. The background was done with acrylic paint dropped onto photo paper and scraped along the paper to make streaks. I stamped 'Hello', the image and added a 3D butterfly. I made the envelope.
