I had a great 8x10 picture of Piper in the waves - the only problem is, it had random strangers in it too. So I painted over them in white. I used mainly Tim Holtz and Kaisercraft Beach Shack. I embossed the seahorse diecuts 3 times with Distress crazing to get the rough marbling effect. Found old pearls in my stash. I colored the sand dollars with distress markers. And inked blue into the white paint to blend. I used the birds from a Halloween die for seagulls. I cut out the dark center of the porthole and placed it over the photo. I turned over one of the Kaiser square elements and journaled on the back of it in distress marker and then watercolored in some to make it match the layout more.
