Give a Cheer
One of my favorite exhibits at the aquarium (next to the penguins, of course!)
Created for the NSD Diecutters Challenge...Used my Cameo to cut the starfish (taken and resized from the "mermaid Kisses and Starfish Wishes" file in the Silhouette store). I cut all different size starfish, then used gesso to prime them, and colored them using distress oxides and various mists. I popped some of them up to give them some dimension. Hand-stitched the circle, and cut the title with my Cameo as well. TFL!
