This is a little box Ive had forever. It was unfinished with the rusted heart insert. It looks very simple, but there are 7 layers on the box, and another six on the top. Then I added the embellies. On the base I used Modern Masters Oxidizing iron paint, then rusted it. The top has oxidizing copper that I used a patina on that speeds up the process. That way, you can varnish it when you are happy with the results. It's hard to see, but I used rusted bolts for the feet.
