This card was inspired by the April 2018 Card Sketch Challenge's Sketch #1. The tag was inked and colored with my handy dandy colored pencils. The banners were cut with a set from Taylored Expressions called Banner Stacklets1. I don't know the maker of the holly patterned paper or the snowflake brads.
