I use acrylic paint on my rocks. This one I added a store bought die cut using Mod Podge then I covered all with Rust-Oleum spray on Acrylic Lacquer to seal. I dont know what the BEST products are yet but I do know the paint on Mod Podge is not as nice as spray on sealer. Thanks so much for all your comments, votes and friendly messages :o)Ro
UPDATE: If you use stickers or die cuts, etc. on rocks you have to keep them protected from the weather. After a couple days of rain, one of my rocks lost its sticker. I had used lots of sealer on it too :o(
