I was thinking of doing something on this order too, but never got around to it. I like your idea to have the two circles... especially one with the decorative tape. Lots of great focus on the photo. And of course the popcorn stickers were a great choice given the subject.

Multiple embellishments challenge for NSD 2018. Used washi tape to create a background for the photo. Used a cardboard circle and covered it in dark gray paper to make a neutral base. Used buttons, stickers, enamel dots, and brads to accent the circle. Used a journal card paired with a clear tag and twine for journaling.
