Wowzer, I dug deep in my old paper stash to put this together for MAY Tic Tac Toe Challenge. I used the line neutral, chipboard and text. I hope the numerical paper will work as text. Paper is combination of Scenic Route, Daisy D's, MME Lost & Found, 7 Gypsies and KI Memories. Chipboard arrow is from Magistical Memories and I inked it with metallic copper ink.
Also submitted to NSD Sports& Play. This is,definitely play for my hubby!

Obviously also submitted to Indefinite Hoarders Challenge!
