Background made with alcohol ink dripped and blended on tin foil that has been glued down to card stock. Pickup stamped on vellum with Staz-on ink. Then I colored picture with watercolor pencils and lightly activated the color. Turned vellum over and dry embossed with stylus where high lites are. Placed sheet of double stick paper on back of vellum and stuck it to foil.
