What a breathtaking page and beautiful story. I'm sorry that you don't have many photos of your mom-maybe you can do pages with just your written memories of your mother. It's an idea just for future generations to learn of her. I love your scrapbooking style, so I'm headed to your album!

What a wonderful and gorgeous layout! Love the story about your mom. My mom and grandma used to sew also, mom making all my clothes (dresses and "petal pushers" as they were called back in the day, capris now!) Mom and grandma passed that sewing on to me. I sewed for years up until the boys got in their teens. I sort of lost interest, especially after I started scrapbooking. Anyway, I love your flowers, frame, pearls, butterfly and lace on this. That heart is a sweet touch too. And thank you Donna for the compliments you've left on my projects! xx
